Check out the 70mai m310. Its pretty cheap and has good video quality
Very happy with both of my Red Tiger F7N front and rear facing Dash cams. One in my truck, one in my wife's car. Affordable as well.
In budget buy the pioneer dashcam overall good experience till now ill share clips later

Viofo A229 is what I use. Very well documented to be one of the best options out there for the price.
IMO Viofo are excellent for the price. Sony Starvis 2 sensor, parking mode, wifi and app.... actually these are the only functions I really use.
Stick with a name brand. Viofo for good budget.

Thinkware q200 is a decent budget cam for Europe.
Thinkware and Viofo are my two favorite brands. Premium and budget.
I have a Blackvue in mine. Stick with a name brand camera. Viofo is probably the best budget option out there.
